Free Collection and delivery on services for local customers living in Stone ST15 area.

 

All repairs undertaken from full bike refurbishments, powder coating, suspension servicing, wheel rebuilds, spoke replacements, dropper post servicing, new brakes fitted, disc straightening, suspension set up, bespoke bike builds, fully planed out and costed.

Bike Minor service £45

  • Bike safety inspection, check frame and forks for damage and wear

  • Check headset for play

  • Check brakes and adjust as required

  • Check wheels for buckles and wear

  • Degrease chain, check for wear, re-lube

  • Check and re-torque all bolts including crank arms

  • Check and adjust gears

  • Check and adjust tyre pressures

  • Please ensure bikes are presented to us washed off, thanks.

  • Additional parts costs will be presented for authorisation prior to fitting.

Road bike, Hybrid or Hardtail MTB Full Service £90

  • ​Remove wheels and place in truing stand, true wheels check for damage

  • Check and adjust wheel bearings, regrease, or replace if required.

  • Check bottom bracket for wear, regrease, replace if required.

  • Check frame bearings for wear and condition, regrease, replace if required.

  • Full clean-up of drivetrain, check for wear and re-lube or replace if required.

  • Replace gear cables where required.

  • Replace brake cables where applicable.

  • Remove brake pads, clean up calipers, check for wear and leaks, re-grease pistons with silicone grease, adjust brakes. Replace pads if required.

  • Remove check headset bearings, regrease, replace if required.

  • Road-test bike check operation

  • Please ensure bikes are presented to us washed off.

  • Please note additional parts costs will be presented for authorisation prior to fitting.

Full suspension MTB Service £115

  • Remove wheels and place in truing stand, true wheels check for damage and wear

  • Check and adjust wheel bearings, regrease or replace if required.

E-Bike Minor Service £48

  • check crank arms to tightness, check chain ring for tightness, check motor bolts for tightness, check wiring

Hardtail E-Bike full service £110

  • ​Remove wheels and place in truing stand, true wheels check for damage and wear

  • Check and adjust wheel bearings, regrease, replace if required, regrease, replace if required.

  • Remove full drivetrain clean-up, check for wear and re-lube, replace if required.

  • Replace gear cable if required.

  • Remove brake pads, clean up calipers, check for wear and leaks, re-grease pistons with silicone grease, check discs for wear, straighten if required, bleed and adjust brakes.

  • Remove headset, clean, regrease, replace bearing if required.

  • Check top up tyre sealant (sealant at additional cost)

  • Road test bike check operation

  • E-bike electrical checks and software update

  • Check, retorque crank arms, check chain ring for tightness, check motor bolts for tightness, check wiring

  • Please ensure bikes are presented to us washed off, thanks.

  • Please note additional parts costs will be presented for authorisation prior to fitting.

Full suspension E-Bike full service £125
